Family Life Center offers administrative services for both Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing programs and is dedicated to providing testing programs and policies tailored to the exact needs of each client. Our service is determined by your company’s requirements. Whether you simply need a reliable supplier of economical instant test products or you require corporate level consultation and implementation of Drug Free Workplace Certification, Family Life Center has the knowledge and resources to make it happen for you.
We have solid relationships with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association (SAMHSA) certified laboratories across the nation. We are electronically linked with each laboratory and receive test results throughout the day. This efficient method of data flow gives our clients the essential turn-around time needed for a successful drug testing program.
FLC has established a network of over 15,000 carefully chosen collection sites located throughout the United States that are at your convenience. We are constantly expanding our network of qualified collection sites. If a prospective client wishes to use a specific site, we will make all the necessary arrangements to add the new site to our network.
Laboratory Services – FLC does not limit itself to utilizing a single laboratory. Factors such as geography, cost, and type of testing required, are all considered when we recommend which laboratory service will best fit your company’s needs. All labs must be DHHS (Department of Health and Human Services) certified. DHHS certification means that the laboratory in question has met the quality standards set forth by the United States Government to do Department of Transportation testing. Laboratory qualifications and certifications are available upon request.
We contract with laboratories that can test both urine and hair. In addition to the DOT mandated drugs to be tested, Amphetamines, Cannabinoids, Cocaine, Opiates, and PCP, the labs we utilize can also test for Barbituates, Benzodiazepenes, Methamphetamines, Propoxypines, Methadone, and also the “date rape drugs,” such as Ketamine, Ecstasy, Flunitazepam, and Gamma Hydroxybutyrate (GHB). This is not an all-inclusive list. If there is a particular drug you need to include, we will find a lab that tests for it.
